These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Juno service ("Service") provided by Juno ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Juno provides an AI-powered secretary that integrates with your Google Workspace account (Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive). You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Send unsolicited messages (spam) or engage in abusive behavior.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.

2. Google Account Access

To use Juno, you must connect a Google account. By doing so, you authorize Juno to access your Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings or through the Juno settings page.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Juno and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you provide or that is accessed through your connected Google account.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
