This Privacy Policy describes how Juno ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service. By using Juno, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

When you connect your Google account, we access the following data through the Google API:

• Gmail: Email messages and metadata, to read, draft, and send emails on your behalf.
• Google Calendar: Calendar events and availability, to schedule and manage appointments.
• Google Drive: Files and documents, to retrieve and organize information relevant to your tasks.

We also collect basic account information (name, email address) provided by Google during authentication.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we access solely to provide the Juno service — acting as your AI secretary within your Google Workspace. Specifically:

• To automate tasks in Gmail, Calendar, and Drive on your explicit behalf.
• To improve the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated responses for your account.
• To authenticate and maintain your session securely.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

Juno's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide and improve the features visible to you in the Juno interface.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your access credentials (OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. We do not store your emails, calendar events, or files beyond what is needed to complete the task you've requested.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You may disconnect your Google account at any time from the Juno settings page. Upon disconnection, your OAuth tokens are deleted immediately. You may also contact us to request deletion of any stored data associated with your account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
